AP prepares for counting day.

 


Vijayawada/Nellore: All eyes are now on June 4, the day of counting. Political parties and leaders are keeping their fingers crossed. The political parties appear to be more concerned about the law and order scenario on the day of counting than with who would win and who would lose. The Election Commission of India, which considered the post-election violence in Palnadu, Anantapur, and Chittoor districts between May 13 and 15 to be a serious aberration, has issued clear instructions to the state administration and police to ensure that no untoward incident occurs not only on the day of counting but also for the next 15 days after counting.
